MAT overview dashboard
The MAT overview is your trust-level home screen. Switch to MAT overview — all schools in the school switcher to access it.
What you'll see
The dashboard summarises the health and status of every school in your trust:
- Total user counts per school — a single figure per school (not broken down by learner/staff)
- Sync error count per school — how many sync errors were logged for that school in the last 24 hours
- Users pending suspension — a panel (the same one shown on a per-school dashboard) that lists every user across all your schools who is flagged for automatic suspension, with the school shown per row. See Users pending suspension for how to review, search, and suspend from this panel.
- Quick links to jump into a specific school
Steps — viewing the MAT overview
Step 1 — Switch to MAT mode {#step-1}
Select the school switcher at the top of the left sidebar and choose MAT overview — all schools.

Step 2 — Browse the overview {#step-2}
The dashboard loads with a row for each school you have access to, showing its user count and any sync errors, plus the trust-wide Users pending suspension panel.
Step 3 — Jump into a school {#step-3}
To work inside a specific school, either:
- Select the school name on the overview row to jump straight in, or
- Use the school switcher in the sidebar and select the school
MAT-only tools
While in MAT mode, the sidebar shows cross-school tools, grouped the same way as the per-school sidebar:
Users & Groups

Data & admin

These tools are only available in MAT mode. Switching to a specific school hides them and shows that school's own nav instead. Exactly which of these you see also depends on your admin permissions — a reduced admin may see fewer.
