Smart Timetable
Show logged-in pupils their personal timetable on your school website.
Overview
Smart Timetable displays a pupil's timetable fetched live from the SmartLogin API. Add the shortcode to a pupil dashboard page and logged-in pupils see their current schedule.
Getting Set Up
No admin configuration needed.
- Add
[show_user_timetable]to a page accessible to logged-in pupils. - Optionally set a height:
[show_user_timetable height="400"] - Publish and test while logged in as a pupil.

Requirements: User must be logged in through school SSO.

- Place on a pupil-only page using Smart Visibility.
- Timetable data is live — no manual updates needed on the website.
Troubleshooting
Timetable is not showing
Why it happens: User may not be logged in or SSO token may be invalid.
How to fix it:
- Confirm the user is logged in through school SSO.
- Log out and back in.
