Smart Notices

Display post-it style notice boards on your school website pages.

Overview

Smart Notices lets you create short, eye-catching notices — like sticky notes on a board — and display them on selected pages or category archives. They are ideal for quick reminders, celebration messages, or time-sensitive announcements that do not warrant a full news post.

Each notice is a separate piece of content with its own title, text, and style. You control how many appear, how they are laid out, and which pages show them.

Getting Set Up

  1. Go to All Notices in the WordPress sidebar.
  2. Go to Notice settings (under the notices menu).
  3. Configure layout and display options.
  4. Create your first notice under Add New.
  5. On any page where you want notices to appear, check Display smartNotices on this page? in the page editor.
